Roland Garros, the iconic Parisian Grand Slam tournament renowned for its clay courts, has launched its own tennis clothing line, much to the delight of its enthusiastic fans. This venture not only extends the tournament’s brand but also enhances its connection with the global tennis community.

The collection boasts a diverse range of products, including T-shirts, sweaters, pants, accessories, and equipment, catering to both avid players and fans alike. To bring unique styles to life, the brand collaborates with esteemed labels such as Lacoste, Fred, and Carré Blanc, ensuring that each piece reflects the tournament's prestigious heritage while appealing to modern sensibilities.

Partnering with l’Institut Français de la Mode, we were tasked with redefining the brand’s core guidelines and developing a comprehensive commercial strategy. This included a thorough re-evaluation of the brand's approach from design through to production and product commercialization. Our team focused on creating a cohesive identity that resonates with the brand’s values and audience, emphasizing quality, innovation, and style.

Our solution incorporates an internal dashboard that facilitates real-time management and oversight of all processes, enabling efficient workflow and collaboration across teams. This streamlined approach ensures that every aspect of product development is monitored, allowing for agile responses to market trends and consumer preferences.
